Window Company in Agoura Hills, CA
Hale Windows & Doors is the window company Agoura Hills homeowners call when they want a written price before work starts, a technician announced by name and photo before arrival, and a 365-Day Done Right Promise behind every job. Homes here sit against the Santa Monica Mountains, where hot summers and wildfire exposure change what a window actually needs to do. Whether you’re looking at window replacement, window repair, or front door replacement, call us at (805) 309-1848 and we’ll tell you exactly what it costs before anyone picks up a tool.
Why Agoura Hills Homes Are Different
Agoura Hills housing runs from 1970s ranch-style homes off Kanan Road to newer custom estates in Morrison Ranch and Old Agoura with huge glass walls facing the hills. Many of those older homes still have their original single-pane aluminum-frame windows. The aluminum warps in triple-digit heat, the seals fail, and the sliders jam from dust blown in by Santa Ana winds. We see it on nearly every service call along Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Chesebro Road.
The fire exposure is the bigger issue. Homes bordering open space in Liberty Canyon, Saratoga Hills, and the Chumash Ridge area need windows and doors that resist ember intrusion, not just windows that lower the electric bill. That means tempered glass, tighter seals, and frames that hold up when radiant heat from a hillside fire gets close. In Agoura Hills, the window is part of the home’s fire defense, and the door is the weak point embers find first.
Our Main Agoura Hills Services
Most Agoura Hills homeowners reach out for one of three reasons: window replacement, window repair, or front door replacement. Each has its own Agoura Hills page with local pricing and the specific conditions we work around here.
Window Replacement in Agoura Hills
We replace aging aluminum and single-pane windows with dual-pane units built for Agoura Hills heat and fire exposure. Low-E glass, which is a thin coating that blocks heat while letting light through, does real work here when summer temperatures push past 100. On homes along the hillside, we also talk through tempered glass options that resist cracking from radiant heat. Window Replacement in Agoura Hills covers pricing, timelines, and how we handle the swap without leaving your home exposed.
Window Repair in Agoura Hills
Window repair in Agoura Hills usually means failed seals that fog the glass, warped frames that no longer close tight, or rollers on sliding doors that have collected a season of dry dust and grit. We stock common parts for PGT and CGI frames and can often finish a repair the same day. Window Repair in Agoura Hills breaks down what a typical fix costs and which jobs are worth repairing versus replacing.
Front Door Replacement in Agoura Hills
A front door replacement here has to do more than look good. Embers collect at the threshold, and a door with gaps or a worn sweep is a fire and air-leak problem before it’s a curb-appeal problem. We install Therma-Tru doors with weather-rated seals and work with your HOA requirements. Front Door Replacement in Agoura Hills has pricing for entry doors, fiberglass versus wood, and what installation looks like on a home backing up to open space.

Whatever the number is, you’ll have it in writing before any work begins. That’s a fixed part of how we operate, not a perk.

FAQs About Window Company in Agoura Hills
We schedule Agoura Hills estimates daily. When you call (805) 309-1848, you’ll get a live person, a confirmed time, and the name and photo of your technician before they arrive. Most estimates are completed within a week of your call, often sooner.

Homes bordering the Santa Monica Mountains face ember intrusion, not just heat. Embers find small gaps in old frames and thresholds. Dual-pane, low-E glass with tempered options and tight, fire-rated seals are the standard we recommend for hillside properties here. Call (805) 309-1848 for a free estimate that includes a fire-readiness assessment of your current windows and doors.
